When you need support for your website you need to know that I am here to help. When you purchase a support card I will only deduct the time it takes me to complete the task. For example if you need a page updated with new content and images and you’ve purchased a 4 Hour’s Support card and it takes me just 0.5 hours to complete everything then I’ll deduct €27.50 from your support account.
0.5 hours (30 minutes) is the minimum charge.
